Michael Lisagor, Celerity Works' founder, has more
than twenty-five years experience in the successful development
and implementation of business and organizational development
strategies as well as the management of complex technology and
product development projects. Since 1999, Mike has facilitated
planning retreats for over sixty commercial and government clients
and coached numerous executives.
Clients benefit from the lessons learned from over
450 organizational situational assessment interviews Mike has
conducted over the last nine years as well as over 200 coaching
assignments. This experience provides the foundation of our management
and business development consulting services to enable companies
and government agencies to better manage their growth and reach
their strategic objectives.
Mike has conducted successful engagements with
numerous
small and large technology contractors as well as several federal and local
agencies. He has been
recognized by several of his clients for his
significant contribution to company growth as well as for his
enthusiastic facilitation style. His commercial clients typically
exceed a 35% annual revenue growth rate and experience increased
teamwork and employee satisfaction.
As the vice president of business development for
Advanced Technology Systems, Mike built the entire marketing
organization and processes; developed the strategic plan; and
marketed and won numerous contracts. As the vice president at
Anstec, he managed over 200 engineers and $20M in technology
projects. As director for international sales for the Martin
Marietta information systems group, he was responsible for
expanding professional services to new overseas markets. Mike
has also developed the sales and project management training
programs for several companies.
Mike has an MS in Management and taught marketing
for managers at National Louis University. A 2002 Fed 100 awardee,
he is the conference chair of the annual
Governance,
Risk and Compliance conference (Aug. 4, 2009 - Washington,
D.C.), emeritus board member of
AFFIRM, and writes a regular management
column for
Federal Computer Week.
